Terms of Service

By purchasing from MTA Unique T‑Shirt Phrases, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of our store and the purchase of our products.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Production and fulfillment begin shortly after an order is placed. Once fulfillment has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. MTA Unique T‑Shirt Phrases is not responsible for delays caused by third‑party shipping carriers.

Returns & Refunds

Return and refund requests must be submitted to support@mta-unique-t-shirt-phrases.com.

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition.
The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Photo evidence of the defect or incorrect item may be required.

Approved returns will be replaced or refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered fulfillment. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. MTA Unique T‑Shirt Phrases is not liable for lost packages resulting from incorrect customer information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTA Unique T‑Shirt Phrases is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
